We had an amazing stay at this beachfront house on St. George. The views were beautiful, and the house had plenty of space for everyone with six bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and having two fridges and two dishwashers made things super easy for a big group. We loved hanging out by the outdoor fire pit and playing shuffleboard and pickleball. Being right on the beach was the best part. It was a comfortable, fun, and laid-back place to stay, and we’d definitely come back.

We stayed in 5 properties on the Island (including 1 in the Plantation) and On Island Time is our favorite. As a family with 3 small children, this property had everything we needed and wanted. The floorplan is setup perfect. The large deck with gates to keep the kids in was perfect. The loaded storage room full of beach gear and toys was perfect. We brought the bikes and scooters for the kids to ride on the covered parking area under the house in the shade. Kids loved it as did Mom and I. We just booked again for this year’s trip.

The Savannah is a nice 3 bedroom rental 2 blocks from the beach. The pool is lovely also. I especially liked the 2 separate decks on either side of the very large dining area. Was there a few issues, of course but their maintenance guy took care of them in great time and I would have no issues with dealing with Fickling any time. The house supplied all of our needs for the stay so all you need is you and your personal supplies. I want to send a special thanks to the girls in the office, I appreciate y’all for everything you did!

We have rented houses at SGI for the month of November for the past 23 years. This is the BEST house we have stayed in, hand to God. We have rented it for the last 4 years and are always impressed at how well the owners maintain this house, how well furnished it is, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A true 5 star house

I have stayed the month of November 6 of the last 7 years at The Pesky Pelican. Great house, the lay out with 2 bedrooms on one side and bath between them and same on the other side with living room, dining room, and kitchen in the middle. TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Kitchen is well stocked with about anything you will need. Plenty of parking under the house with pool, outdoor shower, & park grill. I must admit we rarely used the pool in my November stays. House on E. Gulf Beach Dr. 1 1/2 block to either E. 6th or E. 7th public beach access. Best thing was my little four legged buddy was welcomed.

We enjoyed our week! Riding bikes, fishing, the pool and the beach. This was our second time in your house and we hope to come again!

We love this home. This is our second visit here. The 3 king rooms work perfect for our family. The house looks the same as 2 years ago. It is so well kept that we did not see any difference from our first visit. We love staying here, it feels like home with all the attention details.

Beautiful home & perfect location! Our group really needed the elevator considering carrying everything up to the top for the kitchen! Bedding was great but we felt some repairs & updating were needed.

We just love On Island Time. Could not ask for a cleaner home. The furniture sooo comfy, and seems new. Fully stocked beach toys, safety gear and beach chairs are amazing! Decorated beautifully. Found a perfect spot for Christmas tree. It’s a home chef kitchen, we didn’t use any of the stuff we brought from home. There is huge chest of beach towels! We never ran out of hot water. Outdoor shower is a huge hit for us! The harvest table was another huge hit; we all just poured into it for every meal, super fun! We all walked down to the Blue Parrot for a wonderful lunch. A fav fun time is definitely the heated pool with the dolphins at the bottom. Catching fish all day, and coming to the heated pool was awesome! We will definitely come back to On Island Time!!!
