Rainey Orr Shine was an absolutely amazing home. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. It was the perfect size home for our family of 7. The walk to the beach was short. We will definitely be considering Rainey Orr Shine again in the future. The only negative to consider is not about the house at all but the beach access. There are quite a few, very high stairs. Not ideal for families bringing all the things to the beach!

The view is lovely. We absolutely loved this part of SGI. We loved the sunsets on our own private deck on the water. We have never stayed on the sound side and we would love to stay on that side again when returning to SGI. The private pool was amazing when it was too hot on the beach (Fickling did send someone to clean it once a call was placed due to the storm it had gotten dirty). It was great to fish off your own private deck for the week. We enjoyed so much time there enjoying the water and peace and quiet. The dog friendly home also having the gates were wonderful letting the dogs in and out. A great set up, however, this home does need a little updating. The ac did not work for the downstairs part and we did not realize that until Thursday (wondering why it was just not cooling). Fickling did send a repair person and that was great. The ceiling in the master bathroom was falling down from moisture issues. We did let Fickling know but did not want the repairs during our vacation. Several of the door handles are loose and wobbly including ones for the outside. Great views and an amazing dock for relaxing, and fishing we did have a great time.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! We had the most relaxing time, with the most convenient location. The house was just steps from the beach, and came equipped with all the beach gear that we couldn’t pack in our carry on. Great amenities such as the heated pool with night lighting, outdoor shower. Grill, firepit and rooftop seating, excellent for star gazing. We will definitely be back!

Another perfect stay at Bestie Beach Therapy. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be returning next year. Pool, fenced in backyard (great for the dog) , plenty of room and a short golf cart ride to the beach. We love the island and the peace and quiet. Just overall a great place to stay with family and dog. Can’t say enough!

Awesome location with direct beach access and beach views. Great floor plan esp for families with kids. The house did have some quirks and needed some updates. The kitchen was fully supplied with pots/pans, utensils, and dinnerware. Remember to bring ALL spices, S/P, coffee filters, etc as there were none available. Plenty of towels for bathing. Also remember to bring all pool and beach gear as none were available with the rental. The pool was enjoyed by all but the pool furniture was in poor condition and unusable (loungers). The rental management company did respond to texts quickly and were easy to reach.

If you are looking for modern this isn’t the home for you as it is an older home. If you are looking for clean, comfortable, fully functional with a great view, this is your home. Cleanliness is most important to me and this home delivered. We had the best stay and look forward to the next one.

We came in the Spring and really enjoyed the condo and the location. We could walk to restaurants, grocery, pizza, ice cream( absolutely delicious), and the gulf beach. We did the same the first week of August and found the delicious oysters were from right up the bay. Apalachicola oysters are the best! We plan a trip back in the late Fall. You won’t be disappointed in this condo. Oh, yes, the Blackstone Grill is wonderful for cooking lots of bacon and easily cleaned. It also keeps the heat outside!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vitamin Sea. The house is beautiful, clean, well organized and perfect for our group of 10. The pictures on the website are very representative of the current condition of the house (which is great!). The views of the beach and gulf are amazing and the beach is just steps away. The kitchen is very well stocked (dishes & cooking equipment, but no staples). The 2nd refrigerator in the pool area was appreciated for overflow and easy access to drinks while at the pool. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The WiFi is easy to connect to and strong throughout the house. There is plenty of outdoor seating on both balconies as well as in the pool area.
