Our family had the absolute best stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how beautiful and well-maintained the home was. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The furnishings were stylish yet cozy, and the home had everything we needed for a seamless, stress-free week. The cleanliness truly stood out as the house was spotless upon arrival and clearly very well cared for. It made settling in so easy and enjoyable. The location is another huge highlight. Being just a short walk to the beach was such a treat! We loved the convenience of quick beach access while still having a peaceful, private retreat to return to each day. It truly offers the best of both worlds. Jolly Times exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful beach getaway!

We were lucky to be able to spend a month at Lost Keys and I have nothing but good things to say about this property and Fickling Real Estate. The home was immaculate and very fresh looking and beautiful. The location was lovely . The home was very well equipped as far as cooking and meal preparation goes.

Great condo with great sunrise views from the master bedroom. Plenty of room for 6 adults (did not need the pull out sofa). Owners have beach chairs available for use. Short walk on the association boardwalk to the beach. Close to the state park beach area and felt like we had the beach to ourselves in January. Fickling Vacation very responsive during our stay.

We have been coming to the island for over 30yrs and Makin’ Memories is easily one of the nicest houses we’ve rented. The attention to details were very much appreciated. Comfortable mattresses and bedding, tv/fan/light instructions (and loved their holders), comfy cushions on the deck furniture, and a well stocked game shelf. Although we missed a pitcher for ice tea, the kitchen was better stocked and more color coordinated than mine! We enjoyed grilling and visiting together on the patio while watching the game! We can’t wait to return and have our grandkids make use of the bunkbeds, pac n play, and high chair.

This was our third time staying in JOLLY TIMES. The house is perfect in so many ways. The beds were super comfortable, with bathrooms attached to each of them. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality equipment. Large areas to spend time together if the weather keeps you inside for a few hours. The pool was very nice. Large outdoor decks on multiple floors to enjoy the view of the gulf. Quick and easy walk to the beach, and the walking path is right across the road, if you go for walks each day. Location is great just a minute from shops and restaurants. It is very clear that JOLLY TIMES is set up for the owners and not just the bear minimum rental property. This trip was a family vacation to celebrate my youngest daughter being cancer free and we payed for the elevator and it was a life saver. If your looking for a very well maintained and outfitted house in a great location you can’t go wrong with JOLLY TIMES.

We had an amazing stay at Jolly Times! The beach house is just steps from the beautiful, uncrowded beaches. The serene atmosphere and friendly locals made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family highly recommends this vacation home for a perfect getaway!

Perfect everything! The space, the location, the views, the water! We stayed there with our kids & grandkids for the holiday. It was absolutely perfect! Having an other little apartment on the other side of the home was amazing for us. My husband & I had our own space to retreat to while the our kids & grandkids had their own space in the main home. Everything was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to feel at home. We cooked Christmas dinner! The location is really great. We could walk or ride the gold cart to the center. I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

Lovely house. Lots of light and a nice layout. The house appears to be about two years old good appliances and comfortable furniture.
