We want to come back, your beautiful home is of a kind. We stayed at many places but your home is just what my family needed. We decided we will book your house again. I love you let use your pancake griddle, your beautiful tub, your beach toys, and tour spices. Thank you from a mama to another mama.

Beautiful home & perfect location! Our group really needed the elevator considering carrying everything up to the top for the kitchen! Bedding was great but we felt some repairs & updating were needed.

We just love On Island Time. Could not ask for a cleaner home. The furniture sooo comfy, and seems new. Fully stocked beach toys, safety gear and beach chairs are amazing! Decorated beautifully. Found a perfect spot for Christmas tree. It’s a home chef kitchen, we didn’t use any of the stuff we brought from home. There is huge chest of beach towels! We never ran out of hot water. Outdoor shower is a huge hit for us! The harvest table was another huge hit; we all just poured into it for every meal, super fun! We all walked down to the Blue Parrot for a wonderful lunch. A fav fun time is definitely the heated pool with the dolphins at the bottom. Catching fish all day, and coming to the heated pool was awesome! We will definitely come back to On Island Time!!!

This was our 2nd stay at Oceans Nine and we loved it just as much as the first time. The layout is perfect for us, my parents don’t do stairs well and they love the ground level rooms and access out to the beach. The kids love the bunk rooms with the games, and we love the two living areas by the open kitchen so we feel like we’re always together. The house has everything we needed, Loved the heated pool, and covered area to get a break from the sun! Can’t wait for our 3rd time!

It was the attention to the little details at this house-nugget ice 🤤, the boardwalk all the way to the beach, the salt water pool you can see from the porch, and TWO DISHWASHERS! They also have a water filtering system for the whole house, so you don’t have to worry about your drinking water tasting different. So much entertainment for the kids…I could go on. Great house!

Windsailor never disappoints! We try to rent this house every year, and we’ve been very lucky—except for 2024 when repairs were needed. This is an extraordinary home that fits all our needs perfectly. We have some difficulty with stairs, but this house is wonderfully easy to navigate and accessible to everything. We also love that we can bring our fur baby—she enjoys the beach as much as we do! We’ll never stay anywhere else unless this one becomes unavailable. We absolutely love this place!

This was our second year to rent this house. It is absolutely perfect for us. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any place I have ever stayed. The views are amazing! Fickling is a great company to rent from and very accommodating!! We will definitely be renting again.

A+ VACATION! Unloading the car into this ground level, beachfront home was fast & so easy. It allowed us time (and energy) to enjoy dinner at The Blue Parrot our first night there. The Gulf view from the air conditioned porch was superb and it provided a convenient place to store our gear. Hanging out on the beach every day couldn’t have been any better. The beach & water were so beautiful. Plus, it was a quick trip back to the house for food, drinks, & bathroom breaks. On windy days, the outside patio & swing made for a great sundeck. The house was clean & the kitchen was stocked with ample kitchenware. We definitely recommend Casa de la Playa and look forward to our next SGI vacation.
