COASTAL RETREAT
This could be your new St. George Island vacation home! Coastal Retreat is a six-bedroom, six-bath home that sleeps up to 16 guests. This home includes luxury features such as wood flooring, granite countertops, and a private pool. You will also experience direct waterfront views of the Gulf of Mexico.
One side of the house faces the beach and there are four bedrooms—two on the first floor and two on the second. All four of those bedrooms include king beds as well as direct access to the beach. The two suites on the second floor have their own private deck with furnishings and ocean views. The other two first-floor bedrooms have a total of three twin/full bunk beds and one traditional bunk bed.
This large home is not lacking in space and amenities, with laundry accommodations and an elevator to serve the first and second floors. It is truly a spectacular choice for a large family retreat.
BEACH PEACH
This stunning rental is a four-bedroom, four-bath home that sleeps 12 guests.
This home has recently updated all appliances and has had all king-sized mattresses replaced. On the first level, you will find one of the master suites, a king suite, and a kids’ guest suite, all of which have access to the deck. The kids’ guest suite is where you will find the bunk beds and games.
The first level is also where the living room, kitchen, and dining room are found. The open floor plan allows for an excellent common area for everyone to enjoy each other’s company.
On the third level, you will find the second master suite which has a private deck. All three levels (including the ground level) have covered decks, so you can enjoy the outdoors even with a little rain.
This home also features a pool, an outdoor shower, a grill, a fish-cleaning station, and is a part of the Plantation Amenities program.
CASA DEL SOL
Casa Del Sol is absolutely a House of the Sun. This home is a four-bedroom, four-bath, and sleeps up to ten guests. Full of bright light and gorgeous ocean views, all rooms in this home surround the centrally located living area, making every room its private beach haven. There are glass doors that lead out onto the deck where you can take in fabulous ocean views. The kitchen has recently been updated, so you’ll experience the best meals in this home.
Casa Del Sol also has a private pool, an outdoor shower, a grill, and a fish cleaning station. It is also a part of the Plantation Amenities community club program, and for an additional fee, you can bring along your furry family members!
CJs BEACH HOUSE
This gorgeous home has recently undergone a complete overhaul. Beautifully decorated, this luxury home features six bedrooms, seven and a half baths, and sleeps up to 14 guests. It is loaded with amenities. There is a private pool, a recently remodeled kitchen with a walk-in pantry, two fridges, a gas stove, and an industrial-sized washer and dryer.
The two master suites are both beachfront and have balconies (one is screened-in) that are right on the sand. There are a total of four king-sized beds, four full-sized beds (one with a twin trundle), and a twin day bed.
CJ’s is also a part of the Plantation Amenities program.
BEACHFRONT BETTY
This charming home is located mere steps from the ocean. It has five bedrooms, and five baths, and sleeps up to 14 guests. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled with modern updates adding to the charm.
The amenities in this home include a large washer and dryer, a newly remodeled kitchen, and access to the Plantation Amenities program.
ON ISLAND TIME
This home is a four-bedroom, four-bath, and sleeps up to ten guests. There are two King suites (which are beachside) and two guest suites on the opposite side.
This home features its own private boardwalk to the beach, new living and dining room furniture, a private pool, a washer and dryer, a grill, a fish-cleaning table, and an outdoor shower.
DUNE DAWG
This home is a two-bedroom with a loft, three-bath, and sleeps up to eight guests. Conveniently located just a quick jaunt from the beach, this charming and quaint home has been recently remodeled with modern décor. There’s a brand-new kitchen that has a separate bar where you can transition from dinner to after-dinner drinks.
There is a king suite, a queen suite, and a loft bedroom that has a 75-inch TV. You can also experience the second-floor balcony for added relaxation.
THE LONE STARFISH
This home is a two-bedroom, two-bath, that sleeps up to six guests. The Lone Starfish has been recently remodeled to offer fresh new updates that you can enjoy with the family. Both bedrooms contain a king bed and twin bunk beds. They also both have private walks to the beach. It also has an outdoor shower, a fish-cleaning station, a grill, and a deck.

This five-bedroom, five-bath home sleeps up to 13 guests. The exquisite layout of this floorplan will have you feeling like you’re in a private resort. Front Row is nestled on one acre, facing the gulf. On the first floor, you’ll find a private swimming pool with a lounge space and three bedrooms. The two master suites are located on the second level.
This home also has a gourmet kitchen and wet bar, an outdoor shower, and a private boardwalk to the beach.
Not only will you have access to the Plantation Amenities, but Front Row is also located within the Plantation which is a gated community with some of the best amenities that you will find in a beach resort community. Some of these include their Olympic-sized pool, tennis courts, and beach areas for community members only.
Dogs are also welcome here for an additional fee.
ARRAY OF SUNSHINE
This incredibly charming home is a three-bedroom, three-bath, and sleeps up to eight guests. This home has also experienced a revival with new flooring, fresh paint, updated bathrooms, and new furniture.
The focal point of this home is the living room where you can see views of the beach from almost every vantage point. You also have access to two beachfront deck areas, one of which is private.
Another perk of this home is its proximity to some of the local shops and restaurants.
