The living room is expansive with plenty of room for the whole family, featuring comfortable seating, a large smart ROKU TV, and stunning views of the Gulf. An abundance of windows allows in natural light and stunning vistas throughout this fabulous interior space.
On the beach side of the house, there are four spacious bedrooms with king beds, spectacular views of the Gulf, sliding doors with direct access to the porch and private bathrooms with stand-up showers. The guest suites on the second level have a private furnished deck with loungers and Adirondack chairs. There are two guest suites on the front side of the house on the first level. One bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed and a twin/twin bunk bed, a private balcony and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other bedroom has two twin/full bunk beds, a private balcony and a shared bathroom right next door with a stand-up shower. Perfect for families with small children.
The laundry area has a full size, stacked washer and dryer. The large covered deck spans the width of the home with stunning views of the Gulf and the expansive pool area. You are steps away from the beautiful sand beach via a private boardwalk. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck on two bar-height tables with outdoor seating for 8. Under the home, there is a fish cleaning station and a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. You will love the private pool that can be heated in the cooler months (for an additional fee). In the private pool area, you will find plenty of loungers and chairs and a table with seating for 6 for meals by the pool. There is also a park style charcoal grill. The home has plenty of parking available under the home and in the gravel driveway. The elevator services the ground floor and the first level making off-loading of groceries and luggage a breeze (the elevator does not access the second level). Golf carts can be rented on the island, and it�s a quick trip to SGI restaurants and shops via East Gorrie Drive.
