On Island Time, St. George Island, FL Beach Vacation Rental. There is no where you would rather be than "On Island Time". This stunning 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Beach Front Home was built with your family in mind - views of the gulf right from (almost) every room.

Our home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. We offer two beach front king suites with en suite bathrooms, one street side king with en suite bathroom and one street-side room with two sets of twin bunk beds, (all mattresses updated in 2022). The large open floorplan allows for quality time together, with plenty of space to enjoy doing what you want.

Spend your day on the beach, kayaking among the dolphins or casting your line in the surf. Enjoy an unparalleled view of the Gulf from your bedroom or from the lovely sun deck with ample seating. Then, prepare your fresh seafood in our well-equipped kitchen. After dinner, enjoy a dip in the pool, or sunset walk with your furry friends.

Amazing Home!

"We just love On Island Time. Could not ask for a cleaner home. The furniture sooo comfy, and seems new. Fully stocked beach toys, safety gear and beach chairs are amazing! Decorated beautifully. Found a perfect spot for Christmas tree. It's a home chef kitchen, we didn't use any of the stuff we brought from home. There is huge chest of beach towels! We never ran out of hot water. Outdoor shower is a huge hit for us! The harvest table was another huge hit; we all just poured into it for every meal, super fun! We all walked down to the Blue Parrot for a wonderful lunch. A fav fun time is definitely the heated pool with the dolphins at the bottom. Catching fish all day, and coming to the heated pool was awesome! We will definitely come back to On Island Time!!!

"We stayed in 5 properties on the Island (including 1 in the Plantation) and On Island Time is our favorite. As a family with 3 small children, this property had everything we needed and wanted. The floorplan is setup perfect. The large deck with gates to keep the kids in was perfect. The loaded storage room full of beach gear and toys was perfect. We brought the bikes and scooters for the kids to ride on the covered parking area under the house in the shade. Kids loved it as did Mom and I. We just booked again for this year's trip.

"I recently stayed at this incredible beachfront house, and it was truly a dream getaway! The views are absolutely breathtaking and waking up to the sound of the waves was a highlight of the trip. The house itself is beautifully maintained and fully equipped. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain, making it easy to prepare meals without a hitch. It felt like home, but with the added bonus of gorgeous surroundings! The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring or lounging on the beach. The location was perfect—close enough to local restaurants and shops, yet still felt like a private, peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic stay with all the comforts of home, this beachfront house is a top pick. Highly recommend!

"Look no further if you’re looking for a home that had thought of everything. This well maintained, immaculate home came with everything we could have possibly needed to make the absolute best trip. One of the best parts was that it was Just a few steps away from the beach! It had a FULLY stocked kitchen to prepare home cooked meals, a well maintained pool area that had every floaty and pool/beach toy my kids could need (including beach towels!!!) The beautiful decor and furniture give the house a real elegant feel with plenty of places to sit and relax. My family will be back for sure! Great Escape

"If you love all things ocean, this is the place for you. Most rooms have a wonderful view of the water, and the large deck is a great way to start your day, listening to the waves with your morning coffee. The beach is just steps away, making it very easy to get your toes wet. While not guaranteed, we did see dolphins from the deck, and even had some swim past us while in the water, which was really cool. This house has everything you need to feel at home. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen gear, a grill, outdoor shower, and a fenced, in-ground pool with a sitting area. It's a relaxing oasis to just unwind with a cool beverage. If exploring local businesses interests you, there are several close bars and restaurants that are very good. Kids loved the ice cream shop and the pizza parlor! Personal preference here, but the oysters at Paddy's are definitely worth trying. The local beers are also great. The Island winds down fairly early, and the lights at night are minimal, for the protection of the sea turtles. Because of the lack of light pollution, you can see many more stars than is possible in any city, which I always appreciate. I would not hesitate to go back, and do it all over again.

"If you are looking for a beach home on a beautiful island, be sure to check out On Island Time. The house itself is gorgeous - right on the beach with your own private pool! The house is fully stocked with all the necessities of home. Whether you decide to stay in or go out - I would encourage all to check out the local bars and restaurants on St. George and in Eastpoint - one of our favorite spots was Eastpoint Brewery. Don't hesitate to book this house - we can't wait to go back.

"We stayed for 2 weeks at On Island Time. This is our second visit. I usually don't write reviews, but this place is awesome! Highly recommended....the pool is heated and well kept. Spent a lot of time in that water because the ocean was still chilly. The house is immaculate. And, I can say that because I have spent almost a month here in total. I have nothing but glowing reviews. Even have had texts with the owners. Everyone involved has made this a truly memorable experience!

Truly On Island Time

"On Island Time is a wonderful property. From the time my family and I stepped into the house, we felt like we were at home. The furniture was comfortable and had enough seating for the 5 adults and one 15 month old. Being able to walk off the back deck and be in the beach was great. It was so helpful to have access to the beach chairs, tent, and sand toys. We set them on the beach in the morning, we’re back and forth to the house as needed, and then took it all back to the house in the late afternoon. Although we didn’t use the pool, it was beautiful also. Thank you for sharing your home for us to enjoy.

"Absolute favorite house. I’ve been renting homes for the last few years on SGI. Fickling made it very easy and we’re super friendly and helped us with recommendations for fishing and where to eat! The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Family already booked for next spring. Counting down the days already!

"Could not of asked for a better place to stay on St. George Island. This house made you feel like you were at home. The layout was perfect for my family, everyone had their own room and privacy when needed. This rental home was located only minutes from the center of the island. Easily able to walk to the shops, restaurants and the lighthouse. My favorite part was waking up every morning and having a cup of coffee on the porch overlooking the reflection of the sunrise on the water. Our dog loved being able to easily access the beach that is only steps away. I would highly recommend renting this amazing house for your next vacation.

Absolute paradise

"On Island Time provided us with a dream vacation, filled with relaxation, comfort, and beauty. The bedrooms all offered comfortable beds and bedding, lots of storage and private bathrooms. The main living space was open and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us and two dogs to lounge around and not feel on top of each other. The views were amazing and I woke each morning to an unrestricted view of the sunrise. The beach and ocean were steps away, which made it very convenient. The views were amazing. The interior and exterior of the home were very clean and well maintained. There was a large porch with several outdoor chairs that allowed us to watch and listen to the waves. Fishing poles were available and we even had a fire out on the beach. I highly recommend this home to anyone that wants to get away from the everyday stresses of life, enjoy family time, or get away with friends. I would definitely go back.

"I rated a 5 because they don't have a 10! Seriously this is the perfect house and location for a wonderful getaway. Everything was great just like I wanted it to be. My favorite was sitting on the porch in the rocking chair and being so close to the water it was like I was sitting on the beach. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the porch with my morning coffee. My dream vacation. There was one bad thing I had to leave and come home, Boo Hoo. As I leave this comment I am dreaming of when I can come back to On Island Time!!!
