What more can you ask for? Relax and unwind inside or out, or go to the beach which is only a five minute walk or 2 minute drive!

"Awesome home with everything you need! S2H felt roomy, lots of sunshine through the large windows and doors, and very clean. The home has a tasteful beachy decor with lots of interesting artwork [mostly local, I think], a screened porch facing the bay in the front and a large porch facing the beach in the back! Very short walk to the beach and an outdoor shower under the house to get the sand off when you get back. S2H is a great vacation home that is definitely cared for and doesn't break the bank. The entire process was easy breezy with the awesome crew at Fickling Vacation Rentals. Definitely going back!

"The rental was nice, clean and spacious!!! Plenty of indoor seating and the best part an amazing deck to sit on and gaze at the stars. A short walk to both Gulf and Bay side of the island. Had such a wonderful experience!!!

Wonderful escape with the family

"I booked this house for a family getaway. I was looking for a dog-friendly and family friendly house. When we arrived, the house was spotless and very neat. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The walk to the beach is a very easy one, less than a five minute walk. We took wagons for our beach things, which worked out well. I did a lot of fishing with my boys off the beach, they loved it! The beach area wasn’t crowded, and the town area was just blocks away, but we chose to drive over whenever we needed something. We ordered pickup from the Blue Parrot and BJ’s Pizza. We also got donuts from Weber’s. All of the food was delicious. One note about Weber’s, get there early. We’re already talking of planning our vacation for next year. This house is on our short list of potential places to stay! Thank you Fickling and the homeowner for offering such a wonderful jewel of a vacation spot!

Stairway to Heaven

"This was our first trip to St. George Island and we loved every minute of it. Checking in was easy, and the home was clean and had more than enough of everything we needed. The large front porch was our favorite part because we could sit and see the ocean with plenty of space for our kids and dog to run around. I liked being away from the traffic and it was so quiet. We walked to get ice cream almost every night from Aunt Eby's - and loved the oysters and music at Paddy's Raw Bar. Hopefully we will be able to return to St. George Island soon.
