The first level of this home offers an updated living, dining, and kitchen area with access to a nicely furnished deck with beautiful Gulf views. Among the five bedrooms the home offers two master bedroom suites on the second level with remarkable Gulf views and another covered furnished deck for relaxing before a good night's sleep.

Spend the day at the beach or gather the family by the pool for a day of relaxation while you enjoy the furnished area under the home. Bring your entire family, including the four legged members.

*This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program, including two community pools, tennis and pickle-ball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center.

"We have rented houses at SGI for the month of November for the past 23 years. This is the BEST house we have stayed in, hand to God. We have rented it for the last 4 years and are always impressed at how well the owners maintain this house, how well furnished it is, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A true 5 star house

"What a perfect spring break! The house was everything we were expecting. Very comfortable and accommodating. The nightly walks to watch the sunset were something our family will never forget. The house was very clean and roomy. It was a spectacular stay and would highly recommend. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Seashells is our “Home away from Home”

"Our family of 8 have traveled to SGI for the last 5 years. We have stayed at Seashells by the Seashore the last three years. This house is perfect for our growing family. The elevator goes from the ground floor to the top level and there are two dishwashers in the kitchen which makes things SO NICE. Fickling is always helpful and we love that this home is in The Plantation because we are fans of playing pickleball! Looking forward to our 2023 trip!
