"Sandy Feet Retreat" is a first tier beach house with gorgeous views of the gulf right from your front porch.

Our home can accommodate up to 13 guests. We offer four bedrooms and four baths. The large open floor plan allows for quality time together, while also allowing space to do what you want. There are two king master bedrooms, each with their own private entrances, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and a trundle. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Every bedroom has a flat screen tv and its own bathroom. Every bedroom also has dressers so you can unpack and feel at home.

Spend your day on the beach sunbathing, building sand castles, riding the waves, collecting seashells, watching the dolphins swim by, or casting your line in the surf. Enjoy an unparalleled view of the Gulf from most rooms in the house or from one of the Adirondack chairs on the lovely deck. Then, prepare your fresh seafood in our well-equipped kitchen. After dinner, enjoy a dip in the pool or the hot tub, watch a movie on the large flat screen tv, or play one of our many board games. Right behind us is the bike/walking path where it's an easy roughly 1.5 mile walk or ride into town. There is also a desk in the living room with two monitors that you can use to work remotely. It's set up right in front of the window and has a great view of the beach.

DOGS: Very well house trained dogs allowed. An additional fee of $150 plus tax will apply.

"The house was a perfect layout with room for 2 families. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything imaginable! The furniture was very light and coastal with bedding so comfortable. And it was so clean! Definitely recommend this house! We will be back!!

Perfect beach house

"This is one of my favorite houses we’ve stayed in on the island. Spacious, very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and amazing views from the porch. It practically felt beach front due to the views and being so close to the boardwalk. I stayed for a month, so the living room work area was much appreciated. The owners have thought of everything and even included a fun welcome book with menus, information, etc. Thanks to the owners and Fickling for an amazing time!

Relaxing Retreat

"It was a comfortable for home for two families. Each bedroom has a bathroom. And they have a wonderful view of the beach right from the main kitchen/ family room. The heated pool and tub were a lot and fun and they heated up quickly. The beach access is across the street and very simple walk for all age groups. Front porch is peaceful with a gorgeous view of the beach. And a well stocked kitchen made it easier to prepare meals for multiple families.

Home away from home (but much more fun!)

"Spacious, clean, well-supplied. We all had a blast jumping from pool to hot tub to beach to bikes (rented nearby). On rainy days, the area under the house was a perfect spot to still play outside - sidewalk chalk, water shooters, handball, bikes (again!), etc. Area is quiet enough for us to feel safe allowing our kids to travel back from beach to the house alone (we could even watch them the whole way if needed). The office area is a thoughtful addition and would have come in handy had we had work to do during our trip. The kitchen had plenty of room and equipment to cook entire meals. Extra fridge for drinks opens up main fridge for food storage. Thank you, Sandy Feet Retreat, for our amazing week at SGI!
