MIDDLE SEA, St. George Island, FL Vacation Rental - Welcome to "One Charleston Place C" where you are just steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico!

Situated in the center of St. George Island awaits a small community of 5 homes known as One Charleston Place. This private community offers a shared pool just outside your door step, beach access, outdoor shower, and charcoal grilling area. Our Charleston style, three story home overlooks the gulf beaches, while the surrounding brick privacy wall offers a secluded small community feel. Within steps of the SGI Light House and Blue Parrot Dining Restaurant you are in the center of all the action St. George Island has to offer.

With beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, the first floor offers an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with coastal dï¿½cor and wonderful Gulf views. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counters and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats up to 8 and the living room with queen sleeper sofa enjoys a large flat screen TV and direct access to the covered deck with 2 patio tables, six chairs, and a breath taking view of the beach and gulf over the pool. This level also offers a half bath for your convenience.

The second floor south king bedroom with a full private bathroom has a flat screen TV and direct access to another private, covered deck that is perfect for morning coffee while enjoying another spectacular beach view. The north double bedroom with a full private bathroom also has a flat screen TV. A convenient laundry room with washer/dryer is located on this floor.

The third floor offers a wonderfully private king bedroom with a full private bathroom and flat screen TV. This retreat is perched high above the sand and has windows on all four sides.

Best condo on the Gulf Coast that we have ever stayed in!

"My wife and I along with two other couples have stayed in One Charleston Place-C for many years. It is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and has a private pool for the five condominiums. This condo has two balconies looking out to the beautiful Gulf beach. You can walk out of this unit, pass the pool, and you are immediately on the white sand. There are many local eating places on SGI and only a 20 minute drive into Apalachicola for more restaurants and shopping. We love it and will continue to book this unit.

"This place was perfect. We parked and walked everywhere. Loved the Charleston home type feel and watching everyone on the beach. Pool was great and now crowded like we were afraid of. Would stay here again!
