THE LONE STARFISH, St. George Island Vacation Rental - This spectacular beachfront home has been completely renovated inside and out! Enjoy the fabulous views from every room in this house. The open concept living-dining-kitchen allows plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the views while being together. Enjoy a large Smart TV with streaming services in the living room and each bedroom. Each bedroom offers a king size bed, a custom twin day bed along with a private bath along and views of the beach! Updated mattresses make for a comfortable nights rest, and enjoy our recently updated outdoor living area with seating, shade, and enjoy the beach views while relaxing in the shade!

"Probably one of our best rentals on St George. This property is well maintained and the views from this vantage are spectacular . We’ve been coming here for over 40 years yet we never tire of this prime vacation area Thank you for keeping this island so pristine and clean!

“We didn’t want to leave”

"I can summarize our stay in five words: “We didn’t want to leave”. Communication through Fickling prior to our arrival was the best I’ve experienced to date. Easy check-in process and off to the property we went. Upon arrival, the place was spotless. It was just the two of us and our dog, so we only used one bedroom. The secured deck space was awesome. Our dog just loved laying out on the deck enjoying the sights and sounds. We did too. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. We always bring extra pots, pans, etc. because we never know exactly how a unit will be outfitted with small items, but we didn’t need to here. All-in-all, the unit was perfect. I usually have problems with beds and mattresses, but here I had seven straight nights of comfort and the best sleep I’ve had in years. Beach access was easy. The beaches here are the best and cleanest. We were lucky enough to be able to see the sun rise and set each day from the beach and the deck. Good shell hunting and enjoyed watching the dolphins from the deck. St. George Island is a very relaxed and laid back community. We go for this reason because we don’t like the high tourist areas and traffic. As far as this unit, you can’t beat it for the price. I’ll go back in a heartbeat and can only hope this property is available when we decide when that will be. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a trip to the island.
