Sea Pines is a refreshing beachfront home. This beachfront beauty in the East Gulf Beaches neighborhood invites you to kick back and relax in style.

The exterior of this property features an under-house concrete parking and a light and bright covered entry. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fish cleaning area to prepare your fresh catch, and a park-style grill are also provided. An exterior staircase connects all levels of this lovely home to the spacious decks with breathtaking views of the Gulf.

The first floor offers three well-appointed bedrooms - two of them access to the covered deck and boardwalk. There is one queen bedroom that is across from a full bathroom shared with the bunk room, and across the hall is the master suite. A laundry room with a washer/dryer is provided on this floor. The second-floor living space is flooded in light with expansive views of the turquoise water through an abundance of large sliding doors. With an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan and inviting coastal furnishings, this is the focal point of the home.

The beautifully appointed kitchen provides an open and airy space for any chef. The dining table seats eight and the large kitchen island seats three. A full bathroom with a shower is on this level.

*This home is not located in the Golf Cart District. Golf Carts are not allowed on Gulf Beach Drive.

"We have stayed at Sea Pines several times in the past 2 years. It is like home. It is just as described and at a very quiet part of Saint George Island. We take our 2 Yorkies and they feel at home too. We just got home today and I can't wait to book it again.
