PELICAN POINT St. George Island Vacation Rental This sunset paradise home offers space to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests with even more space to spread out and relax.

When you pull up to this West Gulf Beaches vacation home you are welcomed with ample, parking, and ground level entrance. On the west entrance offers a large foyer, adjoined by a full bath with shower and laundry down the hall an open living area awaits where you can watch the big game or find your favorite show on the 65-inch flat screen TV. (This house is streaming only.)

With a walk-in pantry and endless cabinetry, you've got more than enough space for all your groceries. Our well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or dish up seafood take-out! The brand-new stainless appliances and pristine, expansive granite countertops make mealtime a breeze. And with two dining areas that comfortably seat eight and six people, you can linger at the table with a coastal meal and lively conversation. After dinner, continue the fun with a game of shuffleboard or any one of the board games or puzzles plenty to choose from!

When settling in for the night Pelican Point offers two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a king bed and flat screen TV, afforded privacy by a shared bathroom conveniently located between them.

On the second floor (steps off the living room) you will find another three bedrooms one outfitted with two sets of bunk beds, another with one set of bunk beds and another with a queen bed, each with its own TV. This level also offers a large dual-entrance bathroom centrally located for use by all. For guests looking to find a quiet getaway with beautiful views of the bay, you'll also have the benefit of a cozy loft, with a hanging TV.

The house conveniently offers separate but attached living space on the east side. If you're the fortunate guests living it up on this side, you'll enter the kitchen and dining area, equally well-equipped and with another dining table that seats eight. The living room offers light, coastal decor with comfy furnishings. If the views of the bay entice you outside, you'll find direct access to the patio (shared and spanning the full length of the house) for taking in the fresh Florida air! You'll also enjoy a full bath and two bedrooms, one more with a king bed and one with two bunk beds, again with TVs in each room.

You'll settle in easily, allowing you to quickly turn your attention to the fun! Roast marshmallows in the firepit, rinse off in our outdoor shower, or start your day dropping your line into Apalachicola Bay at the end of the 400-foot pier or watching the sun light up the water from the expansive covered back patio.

Make the most of your vacation days with nearby island shops and restaurants, the multi-use path spanning the entire Island, and the Gulf of Mexico white beaches. Or hop in the car for a Two Bridge Ride 20-minute drive to Apalachicola's shops, restaurants, and arts scene!

You're all but guaranteed a restful nights sleep on luxurious mattresses with quiet surroundings, and a ceiling fan to circulate the A/C. Wake up refreshed for another magical day.

And there is more good news! You don't have to leave furry family members behind because they are welcome too! Best yet, with ceramic tile floors throughout.! (2 dogs max.)

The oldest neighborhood on the Island, Gulf Beaches has an "Old Florida" feel that keeps folks returning year after year. Rest, relaxation, and good times are waiting for you. Just bring your loved ones the rest is taken care of for you!

We returned to this awesome vacation home and found it even better than before! This home has everything from the new awesome dock with a bench and fish cleaning station and the fire pit, hammocks, and corn hole game outside to the table shuffleboard, comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, and everything you need or desire inside. There is easy access to the water for kayaks and paddleboarding, fishing, boating, who could ask for more?!? It's such a nice walk to the beach access just a few blocks away to go shelling or to enjoy the beach and not crowded at all. Sunsets were amazing and the view of the bridge is relaxing as well when a cloudy night. We just love this place and the attention and care we get from the Fickling Vacation Rentals team. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it!

"This house is amazing!!! We stayed here for weeks while waiting to close on our home and for the most part it was just the two of us and our little old dog. The home is nicely decorated and very clean, furniture is comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs everywhere (not that you need them for a short family trip!), awesome dock on the Bay with water deep enough to keep a boat day and night, beautiful view of the bridge, sunsets are AMAZING, not far from restaurants and shopping or the beach on the Gulf side (especially when using a golf cart), and ground level to boot! The porch has lots of outdoor seating and 2 hammocks to nap in and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. Fickling was the best we have ever dealt with and we cannot wait to go back and stay again!

Fantastic Getaway on the Bay

"What a great house right on the water with great views. We had the family out for a week back at the end of the year. The house is equipped for any family big or small. Bring your clothes, bathing suit, sun tan lotion and some groceries. Everything else we needed to cook meals for everyone was available. We enjoyed many meals with plenty of seating at several tables available plus all the seating and furniture around the house with many different views of the water. The house does appear to have just undergone a complete remodel. All the furniture, fixtures, towels, sheets, and all the kitchen items do appear to be brand new, clean and modern. There are plenty of games, tvs and even a shuffle board game table for entertainment. One of the best features of this home is the long dock with a great open place at the end just to sit on the dock of the bay and waste time all day with a nice cold drink. There are several chairs available to put out on dock for seating, fishing, napping or gazing. This is a two story home with 4 bedrooms on the first floor and additional bedrooms on the second, bunk beds and king beds available. If you have anyone with issues with stairs this house is perfect for everyone in your family. We put the kids upstairs and everyone else had a place downstairs. We really enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this vacation house on an island that really seems to be a little hidden gem in Florida. Thank you for the experience!!

Beautiful Sunsets

"This house has everything. Ground level bedrooms for my in laws, large back deck area for the kids. We fished off the dock and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets. This was our first time on St George and didn’t realize ground level homes were so rare! Fickling was great to work with and made sure to give us their favorite TO DO while visiting!
