Completely renovated with a palette of white, coastal blues, greys, and browns, you will feel like you are at your own private Island Resort! This beachfront beauty in the Gulf Beaches neighborhood invites you to kick back and relax in style.

The exterior of this property features under-house concrete parking and a light and bright covered entry. Enjoy your private, refreshing pool with a patio table and chaise loungers, and a private boardwalk to the turquoise waters and sandy beach. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fish cleaning area to prepare your fresh catch, and a park-style grill are also provided. An exterior staircase connects all levels of this lovely home to the spacious decks with breathtaking views of the Gulf.

The first floor offers three well-appointed bedrooms - two of them have access to the covered deck and boardwalk. The shared bathroom has plenty of counter space and a glass shower. You will also find a laundry room with a washer/dryer on this floor. The second-floor living space is flooded with light and expansive views of the turquoise water through an abundance of large sliding doors. With an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan and inviting coastal furnishings, this is the focal point of the home. A large flat-screen TV and stereo will provide entertainment for everyone.

The beautifully appointed kitchen provides an open and airy space for any chef. The dining table seats eight and the large kitchen island seats three. A full bathroom with a shower is on this level. Slip away to the north-facing cozy picture window with a sofa for a quiet moment alone.

*This home is not located in the Golf Cart District. Must have street legal Golf Cart to use on Gulf Beach Drive.
