CHIPS AHOY is a 1 bedroom 1 bath town-home located at 300 Ocean Mile, Building K, Unit 2, in a community on the east end of the island. This condo has a spacious open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen that opens into the living and dining area. Get a great night's rest in brand new W Hotel king size bed in the master bedroom, but before bed enjoy views of the bay from your private balcony. The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen size bed for extra guests, too. Enjoy the ocean view from the living/kitchen/dining area or from the porch! This home is located right behind the pool just steps away from the beach and a great place to relax or grill dinner after a day on the beach. The carport fits two cars and extra parking is allowed along the road.

Rental includes free high-speed WiFi and a desk with extra 20 inch monitor that you can plug into. Just bring your extra HDMI cable and you can stream your movies too. We have HD cable and a 42 inch LCD TV and a DVD player and there is a flat screen TV in with cable in the bedroom. Just in case your cell phone reception is weak, there is free long distance phone service.

"We had a great stay at Chips Ahoy. The view of the gulf from the deck was beautiful. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here again.

"We enjoyed the Chips Ahoy condo the beginning of December 2021 because the furniture & bed are comfortable! Interior of the condo is well planned to use tv, our laptop computer & wifi was good & large screen tv with many channels we enjoyed eves. You can feel like you are on a boat looking to the Gulf of Mexico from inside the condo or on the porch area with comfy chairs. Short walk to beach on boardwalk makes easy access to sandy beach walks for sunrise & sunset. Fickling employees very helpful reserving condo & efficient & kind checking in & answering our questions. Thank you for a lovely visit & we will return to St. George Island FL!
