DIAMOND BEACH St. George Island Vacation Rental - Welcome to "Diamond Beach," a beautiful 5 bedroom beachfront home featuring 4 king bedrooms with en-suite and beachfront views as well as a bunkroom that sleeps 4 and has access to one of the bathrooms (jack and jill)! This home has 4.5 bathrooms and the large gourmet kitchen will impress you with its appliances, rich wood cabinetry, beautiful granite countertops, and, of course, there are the views! This home offers large covered decks with seating to enjoy the amazing views and the ocean view any time day or night. When it's time to take a swim, take the boardwalk to the pristine white sand and one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Swim with the dolphins, fish, or just recline with a drink in your hand and your toes in the sand. For those who don't fancy the saltwater, enjoy the private pool (18x36) with the kids and when you are done at the beach or pool, enjoy the outdoor shower and prepare the day's catch on the charcoal park grill. This vacation dream spot is conveniently located on the east end and not too far from shopping and restaurants or even the bait shop for fishing needs, yet it has a private setting and plenty of room for your family and friends. Your canine family member is also welcomed at this gorgeous vacation home, after all, St. George Island's beaches are known for being pet friendly.

"Beautiful home & perfect location! Our group really needed the elevator considering carrying everything up to the top for the kitchen! Bedding was great but we felt some repairs & updating were needed.

Diamond Beauty -One of the Best Homes!

"Beautiful spacious home. Kitchen well stocked and everything was super clean. Very comfortable beds in every bedroom. This was our second time to chose this home and we've already booked it again for 2025! Gorgeous sunrise views from the porch. The only negative thing we observed is the couch is quite uncomfortable.

"This house is absolutely beautiful and in an excellent location! It was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in and had everything we needed and more! The only thing that would make this house even better would be an elevator, but I knew it had been removed before we rented so all was good. Would definitely rent again!

Great House

"This house is great! First time staying at this house but it was our 9th time staying on SGI. Our party included 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs so this house fit our needs perfectly as one of the Masters shares a bathroom that connects to the kids bunk room. House is in a great location on the East End closer to town. Like previously mentioned, they recently replaced the floors in the bedrooms which we really liked. Seemed like the bathrooms had newer fixtures as well. The kitchen is nice and well stocked and plenty of room for all of us to sit. The deck is large but could use a few more chairs for sitting. The owners left us nice welcome bag filled with delicious goodies (thank you to the owners!) Only 2 things we wish it had that we knew it didn't - was stairs from decks to the beach and if the elevator was working for hauling our things up/down the stairs. Thank you for being a dog friendly house!

Perfect!

"PERFECT house! Tastefully decorated and has everything a reasonable person could want and more from a vacation home. House seems to have been recently painted inside as well all the carpet has been removed in the bedrooms and replace with laminate flooring (hate carpet in rental homes!). We loved the master bedroom and perfect ensuite on the main floor with fully stocked kitchen and open living area and the other 4 bedrooms on the lower level with the wet bar area for their coffee pot and waters/drinks in the mini-fridge so they didn't have to disturb us on the top level! House is nicely furnished and beds were comfortable and there were some pool floats and beach toys in the closet on the bottom floor. Definitely liked the ledges in the pool and having it right there to enjoy with view of the beach and hearing the waves of the gulf. Depending on how many people are staying, you may want to bring some additional outdoor seating for the porch but then again, maybe not! VERY nice house, AMAZING beachfront views and a great value for your money so do not hesitate. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful but not comfortable

"Your home is beautiful, with a beautiful view and perfect location. I am 78 years old and even though my son offered to pay extra for just me to use the elevator, we were denied. The living room furniture was horrible and not a comfortable chair in the house. I had to spend the entire week watching everyone else enjoy the beach from the deck. One trip up to the third floor was it. My grandson has cerebral palsy and they had to carry him and his wheel chair up the steps when they came to visit. My suggestion would be to let future guests know your beautiful home is an absolute dream for the young but not meant for everyone. We have been visiting St George many times in the past and this was a first for me. I love the beach and could not make it up and down your steps. You do not even have a handrail on the bottom four steps to the third floor. I would give a 5 rating for everything but comfort. Sorry, because it could have been perfect!

"We loved the location and how clean the house was. It had plenty of dishes and cookware, including an oyster knife, which we were super excited to have. No complaints at all and will definitely use Ficking & Company again for a rental.

"This house was perfect for our group of 7. The place was spotless when we arrived. Every room was large and comfortable. The well stocked kitchen offered every item we needed. House is conveniently located and enabled us to use golf carts. We have already booked another stay for next year. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

2nd Annual Family Vacation

"This is our families 2nd time renting this same house on St. George Island. It's perfect because of the layout and the pool is very convenient on the side of the home where you can still see the beach, each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom which is perfect for our large family. We love the top floor is open for everyone to gather and there's plenty of seating outside on the decks to enjoy the sunrise. We'll be back next year for sure.
