A SEASIDE RETREAT St. George Island Vacation Rental - This popular St. George beachfront home has an amazing outdoor entertaining area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, plenty of room for your group to relax and enjoy.

The exterior of this property offers over 1,000 square feet. of ground floor entertaining area with a private beachfront swimming pool (you have the option to heat the pool for an additional fee), hot tub, and outdoor cooking area with gas grill (guests provide propane), refrigerator, billiards table, and picnic tables. There is a large downstairs storage room available for guest use, a bonus refrigerator on the ground level, under-house concrete parking, an outdoor shower, and fish cleaning area at your disposal. A community boardwalk leads directly to the white sandy beach just steps from your front door. Exterior stairs lead to the wrap-around decks of this charming vacation home.

Inside and out, there is plenty of room to soak up the sun and enjoy the sea breeze. The first floor features an open-concept living area that includes plenty of space for your group to relax, a 65' TV, and colorful decor. The open kitchen is equipped with Pro-Series stainless appliances (including two refrigerators) and granite counters. Three primary bedrooms have a Select Comfort Sleep Number bed, with one overlooking the Gulf. The third bedroom and fourth bedroom share the hallway and a full bath. All four bedrooms have a SMART TV.

*This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program, including two community pools, tennis and pickle-ball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center. Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed with rentals in the Plantation.

Wonderful Vacation Home

"This was our first time to SGI and it was amazing. The houses on the plantation are isolated yet 10 minutes to stores and local restaurants. The beach plot was never congested, and waking up to dolphins was a norm. As for the house, the few negatives are completely overwhelmed by the positives. it does have limited beach equipment, and the hot tub needs a new cover as it is flaky. Maintenance handled our one minor drain issue quickly. The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the outdoor area was perfect. Three giant refrigerators was such a nice addition. We were so sad to leave. Do yourself a favor and book this house!

"Beautiful, comfortable and happy home. Both interior and exterior living spaces are just perfect. It is well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The deck overlooking the beach feels spacious and private and the pool is great! Highly recommend this home.

"This home is so beautiful and so comfortable. Right on the beach, with a super fun pool and hot tub. It is super clean and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We love this house and have rented it several times. The outdoor space is great and feels very private. Highly recommend!
