A DREAM TO SEA ST GEORGE ISLAND BEACH RENTAL - Nestled in the East End neighborhood, this stunning beachfront property features a private pool, an elevator, a private beach boardwalk, and breathtaking views that will leave you in awe! This luxurious custom home was designed for your dream vacation by the sea. A Dream To Sea boasts five luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and beachfront views, providing direct access to a Gulf-front deck—perfect for family gatherings or business retreats.

On the first level, the living area showcases an open concept design for seamless entertainment. Families can connect and create lasting memories in this inviting space, which includes a comfortable living room ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Enjoy movie nights on the large flat screen TV or cozy up with a blanket in the winter months. Expansive sliding glass doors beckon you to the beach with stunning views of the shimmering Gulf waters.
The modern kitchen is a chef’s paradise, featuring a 5-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, wine cooler, full-size refrigerator, two sinks, and two dishwashers. A separate ice maker, high-quality cookware, and ample kitchen utensils enhance convenience, while granite countertops and a tiled backsplash elevate the luxury experience.

Dine with a view at the large dining table that comfortably seats up to 10, or enjoy breakfast at the bar with additional seating for four. You may also choose to savor your meals on the covered deck. The first level also includes a serene King bedroom with deck access and a private bathroom featuring a tiled shower.

On the second level, you'll find three additional bedrooms: the Bunk room, equipped with two double bunk beds (sleeping up to 8), features a sliding glass door that opens to the sundeck with breathtaking Gulf views. The spacious King bedroom offers two sliding glass doors leading to the Gulf-front sundeck and a private bath with a tiled shower. The Queen bedroom also provides access to the sundeck and features a private bath with a full-size bathtub and tiled shower. A laundry room with an HE washer, dryer, sink, and beach towels is conveniently located on this level.

Ascend to the newly remodeled King Master Suite on the third level, where panoramic beach and Gulf views await! A morning kitchen alcove, complete with a beverage center, bar sink, and single-cup coffee maker, allows you to start your day in leisure. Enjoy a walk-in closet and a luxurious private bath featuring a large, tiled shower with dual shower heads and seamless glass doors. Additional touches include a 50" wall-mounted flat-panel TV and a cozy reading chair, making it easy to unwind indoors.
