ABOAT TIME IS THE PERFECT ISLAND ESCAPE! This splendid Plantation home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot, with plenty of privacy and super easy beach access via a path bordering the east side of the lot. This makes for a quick and easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. ABOAT TIME offers 4 roomy bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first level is the main guest bedroom level, with the east side of the home boasting a queen guest bedroom with direct access to the generous screen porch, equipped with a lovely teak seating set. A guest bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo lies between it and a second guest bedroom which sits beach side with the 2 twin beds. Across the hall, on the west side of the home, is the 1st level Master suite, with a cozy king bed, a private bathroom appointed with a lovely pedestal sink, a large soaking tub and stand-alone shower with direct access to the covered front porch. Up the stairs is the main living area with an open concept dining, kitchen and living room. Vaulted ceilings, abundant windows and bountiful natural light abound. The dining room has a table with seating for six and the kitchen has a large island bar with seating for five. You will love all the cabinet space afforded in this lovely shaker style kitchen, very well equipped and open to the living room, making for ease of conversation while cooking the days catch! Just off the dining room is a delightful screened side porch with a table and seating for four, making it a wonderful location to view sunsets or to enjoy breakfast and listen to nature. Off the living room is the spacious covered porch, equipped with comfortable seating to take in the lovely gulf views and fresh island breezes. The Master bedroom on this level boasts another king bed and its own access to the covered porch. The master bathroom is furnished with a lovely pedestal sink and tub/ shower combination. A large laundry room is located on the first level with full size washer and dryer. Two (2) large dog kennels and cozy dog beds are provided! At the ground level exterior, you will find under house concrete parking, a large enclosed outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.

*This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program, including two community pools, tennis and pickle-ball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center. Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed with rentals in the Plantation.

*7 Night Min. Stay Required, must depart on Sunday (Holiday weeks 7 night min. stay required)

Winter Paradise

"Aboat time is just a wonderful place on SGI. And we should know because we are spending our 4th winter in a row here. Let me tell you a little about Aboat. The house sits high in the trees. Get ready for sunrise because the spacious top floor will be flooded with awesome light coming from multiple windows. Although Aboat Time is not beachfront there is a small view of the ocean and you can see sparkles on the water and white caps when the wind is blowing. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. The appliances appear to be new and the interior painting is perfection. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is quite nice. The stairway from the lower level to the top is extra wide with solid handrails. Makes it easy to carry in groceries and feels secure walking up and down. I would highly recommend this house.

"Our family had a peaceful and relaxing week at this clean and beautiful home. The house was perfect for our family getaway. The beach was a short walk from the house and we took in the sunrises every morning. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

"We had a wonderful visit, the most peaceful beach trip we’ve experienced. The community is quiet and relaxing. The house is fresh and well taken care of with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. We also enjoyed nearby Apalachicola with its local stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.

"Wonderful relaxing and fun stay at this private beach home in The Plantation at St. George Island. Well maintained and clean. Spacious living areas with all the amenities. Very peaceful and quiet. Just a short walk to the beach via a trail, bike path (owner provides two bikes) and close to community pool and clubhouse. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the beach. There are both covered and screened in porches to relax and read your favorite book or play a game or puzzle with the family. Highly recommend!

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Aboat Time. The house was a short walk to the beach, and we loved having the screened in porches to sit outside bug free! From the top floor we could see the gulf and there was plenty of space for everyone. We always stay in The Plantation because we love the trails and community pools . We will be back to this home for sure!
