Perfect beach house for large family

This is by far my favorite beach house I have ever stayed in, and it was perfect for our spring break trip. The pictures do not quite do it justice. It truly has everything you are looking for, and my extended family of 11, including two senior citizens and kids ranging from ages 11-17, were quite comfortable. It is beachfront, with a wonderful and quiet location, and the screened in porch is heavenly. The pool area is pleasant as well. There are 4 nice bedrooms to choose from for adult couples, though 2 are bigger/more spacious with better views, but all are quite comfortable and luxurious. Additionally, there are 2 rooms ideal for kids/teens, though comfortable for adults as well. All the rooms have their own bathrooms, which is a huge bonus. Having a bathroom on the first floor entry level was great as well, especially when using the pool. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with a huge pantry, extra refrigerator, and plenty of appliances (coffee maker, etc). Our only real issue was that the AC was not keeping up well on the 3rd floor at the start of our trip, but the rental company responded right away. The house did have a few box fans, but could maybe add a few more in case that happens again. In addition, the pool heater (an extra fee) seemed to stop working at one point, and that was not addressed, but everything else was so perfect, we didn’t care that much…this would not be an issue in summer. The house comes well stocked with games, and the hosts are very intentional about making it comfortable. They even provided a welcome gift to us. The elevator worked well, which was crucial for my dad with my mobility issues. You will not be disappointed in this jewel of a beach house.
