Excellent House

We have been coming to SGI since 1991, probably 20 or 25 times. This is a truly excellent house. We stayed here once before when it had different owners and a different name. It’s even better now. Most importantly, this house is as close to the beach as a house could be. You must do stairs from the living level to the ground level, but once you are there, it’s a very short distance to the flat beach. The windows in the living area and the master BR are amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. And this house has high privacy with a backyard going all the way to Gulf Beach Drive. The patios on either side let you get, or avoid, morning and evening sun. To be clear, it’s 3 bedrooms and one very large, open, living area, so think about how many could live happily together. But this is a great house.
