Clean but needs an update ASAP

The house was extremely clean other than the outdated kitchen. Keep in mind you cannot rent golf carts at this house since it is too far down the island and carts cannot be driven on the main road. The kitchen had no salt or pepper which is sort of expected when spending such a large amount. Lastly the entire week we had no guest in the house to the right. The last two days of the trip there was a house party which is fine, but blind or curtains in the kitchen would have been great.
