Charmed at the beach

Loved our stay with 3 couples and two dogs. The home is adorable, love the floors and beach cottage feel. The 3 king suits gave privacy when we needed some time to ourselves. Bathrooms are large and rooms are equipped with furniture to store clothing, closets with a few hangers. I will say the downstairs bathroom has a tub but it is not plumbed out, but the upstairs bath is in order. We never ran out of hot water. Shower under house is nice for rinsing off. There are hair dryers in bathrooms. Kitchen is nice with all the pots and pans you need, drip coffee pot and k cup, plenty of dishes. The oven was a little confusing and took 45 min to preheat. Just not what we’re accustomed to. Walk to beach is a short 3 min with access across street x 2. We used the front porch a lot, rocking in the chairs or sitting at picnic table. We could also block this area off for the dogs. We didn’t use the under house area like we thought we would. It is open to back yard so not safe for the dogs and also it was hot unless there was a pretty good breeze. I’m sure it would be nice in cooler weather. It’s really cute with lots of comfortable seating. It was also too hot for the hot tub. House was nice and cool. If you are taking your pups, the yard was secure enough for my bigger dog, but we had a weenie dog escape artist that could easily fit through some of the railings and dig under the porch to the backyard. We had to keep her on a leash or locked on the porch with us. Fickling was so easy to work with and friendly. We had a great time and really did love the house. Thanks for the memories!
