Beautiful but not comfortable

Your home is beautiful, with a beautiful view and perfect location. I am 78 years old and even though my son offered to pay extra for just me to use the elevator, we were denied. The living room furniture was horrible and not a comfortable chair in the house. I had to spend the entire week watching everyone else enjoy the beach from the deck. One trip up to the third floor was it. My grandson has cerebral palsy and they had to carry him and his wheel chair up the steps when they came to visit. My suggestion would be to let future guests know your beautiful home is an absolute dream for the young but not meant for everyone. We have been visiting St George many times in the past and this was a first for me. I love the beach and could not make it up and down your steps. You do not even have a handrail on the bottom four steps to the third floor. I would give a 5 rating for everything but comfort. Sorry, because it could have been perfect!
