| Description |
This house is wonderful and offers lots of privacy. There's plenty of room inside and out. Great for families, a fishing group, couples. The house sits way back off the road on the beautiful Carrabelle River. Even though the property is so private and secluded, you are less than one mile to town, and if you're bringing your boat, you're only minutes to great bay fishing, and not much more than that to some good off-shore grouper holes. The Carrabelle River turns into the Crooked River and New River just a mile or so north of the cottage. So if you like fresh water fishing, they're great for bass and brim. There is well over an acre of lush vegetation with huge beautiful trees, lots of fruit trees, a nice coutyard for grilling out, and a wonderful view of the river. You can even just sit on your dock and fish or just enjoy the views! |
